Move your body. Free your mind.

Transcendent music meets guided movement — breathwork, embodiment, dance and somatic flow. An app for getting back into your body.

We don’t need another app that asks us to sit still. We need one that meets us where the body already wants to go — in motion.

The body asks us to move. All we have to do is listen.

We spend our days in our heads — managing, planning, scrolling, solving. The body waits. It holds what we don’t have time to feel. And when we finally stop, all that stored energy doesn’t want stillness. It wants out.

Somara is an escape — not from your life, but into the part of yourself you’ve been too busy to inhabit. We pair transcendent music with guided movement to help you drop the noise and let your body express what words and stillness cannot.

No choreography. No performance. Just rhythm, breath, and permission to move however the body asks.

An app where music meets movement

Somara is a mobile app that pairs transcendent music with guided movement practices. Sessions range from 10-minute breathwork flows to full 60-minute movement journeys. Voice and text journaling help you integrate whatever surfaces.

It’s not about counting streaks. It’s about coming home to your body — and having a place to do that whenever you need it.

We bring together facilitators from across the movement world — breathwork guides, ecstatic dance leaders, somatic coaches, conscious movement teachers — and connect their work with people who are ready to move.

Share your practice with people who are ready to move

Somara is built around practitioners. Whether you guide breathwork, facilitate ecstatic dance, lead somatic sessions, or teach conscious movement — we want to help more people find your work.

Diversity of practice

We’re not looking for one “style.” Ecstatic dance, breathwork, 5Rhythms, somatic coaching, Open Floor — the whole spectrum belongs here.

We’re in early conversations with practitioners across Europe and beyond. If this resonates with how you work, we’d love to hear from you.

Somara was born in Barcelona — a city where ecstatic dance, breathwork, and electronic music are part of the fabric of everyday life. We’re in active development and talking to practitioners now.
